Vlaams Brabant I Overijse
Located close to La Hulpe, this house of character is nestled in a partially wooded park of ± 90 ares. The property is organised in two parts, the main villa of ± 650 m² and a second unit of ± 150 m² in the same style. Both have been renovated without any budgetary restrictions and with respect for the original architectural identity. The work was signed by the interior architect P. Vandenhout, a student of A. Vervoordt.
The Norman-style mansion consists on the ground floor of a reception hall, a fitted kitchen, a first reception room opening onto the garden, a cozy living room as well as a separate office with for each an open fire. An inter-floor opens onto a laundry room and a first bedroom with its shower room; the first floor is organized around the parental space with its dressing room, its bathroom and the bedroom. The second floor opens onto 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The basement, partially open to the garden, has several spaces including a room that can be used as a games room plus a pond. The second entity housed at the entrance of the property has a large dining kitchen and a small living room on the ground floor; the floor offers two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Other: home automation, double flow system, gas heating, storage attic, possibility of closed garage, sale without accessories.
