Karoly Fenyves is without a doubt one of the names that visibly marked the architecture of Arad and Timisoara at the beginning of the 20th century. Fenyves is part of an elite group of hungarian ethnic architects that changed the face of the cities in the western part of Romania, with the likes of Lajos Szantay, Szekely Laszlo or Kalman Rimanoczy father and son, to name just a few. The buildings designed by Karoly Fenyves are easy to recognize, they have something special that tells them apart from the rest of the houses. His talent and attention to details are obvious,, the houses are well balanced, elegant, and base their cromatic on contrast between the yellow plaster and the red bricks. The architect designed in the first part of the 20th centuries a number of valuable buildings that are today a part of the Arad and Timisoara heritage. Paciurea Street is in the central area of Timisoara, in a green area full of trees and nicely decorated by interwar architecture. The building stands out through its beautiful architecture and the subtle charm of the decorations on the facade. Stepping inside, only the reception and the brandings give us some hints that the building is today a private clinic, otherwise we could easily believe we are in a small museum or the private residence of an art lover: all the interior design, the exposed brick, the antique furniture of great quality, the original wood and cast iron elements that are perfectly reconditioned, all of them take us back to the original time when the house was built. The house was fully renovated and consolidated during 2006-2012: the structure was enforced to comply with today's regulations, the water sealings were changed, the roof and all installations were replaced, the windows woodworks was reconditioned conserving all original pieces. Built on 4 levels, DB+GF+1F+A, the building offer a total of 800 sqm of built area, fully finished and ready to use. The land plot has 448 sqm and consists of a small english garden and parking. There are 8 parking places available, 4 on the own land plot and 4 on the public area in front of the house. The building can be used as residence but also as a clinic, office or boutique-hotel
