At the end of the 1980s, Mariuccia Mandelli aka Krizia, a famous Italian stylist and entrepreneur, who was in love with Sardinia, and particularly keen on Porto Rotondo, chose Punta Volpe to build her summer retreat: a spectacular waterfront property with a breathtaking sea view, one of the most successful and refined interpretations of style of the well-known architect Gianni Gamondi. The Villa is characterized by a deliberately scenographic entrance, designed to allow guests who descend the staircase towards the large square entrance patio, to enjoy, through its central body, a splendid seafront panorama where the island of Tavolara unexpectedly appears.
