LUXURIOUS LIVING IN THE HEART OF NAARDEN'S HISTORIC CENTER
In a beautiful location in the middle of the historic heart of Naarden Vesting, is the small-scale luxurious apartment building 'Het Hart van Naarden'. From here you can reach the heart of Amsterdam and Schiphol within 20 minutes via the 't Gooi motorway junction.
A prestigious building in which 21 homes have been realised in the typical style of the old Fortress. Authentic details, the original character of the masonry and beautiful, stepped facades. Everything flows beautifully together in the perfect ratio of scale and size for the Vesting. The location where Het Hart van Naarden was created, in the middle of historic houses with characteristic facades, required construction that truly does justice to the environment. It is clearly apparent, for example that during the construction phase much was invested in extra details such as the facade finish, skirting boards, sills, etc., as well as in providing for future requirements of sustainability and energy efficiency. The Hart van Naarden is therefore characterised by its beautiful balance between historic and modern luxury. All of this was developed entirely under the architectural design and oversight of Harmonic Architecture's architect Egbert Hoogenberk. A pearl in the centre of the fortress! Directly adjacent to the old City Hall and opposite the Grote Kerk, fitting in seamlessly between all of the monuments that the old Fortified City is so rich with.
We have just been appointed to sell the completely newly finished apartment 8B. This spacious apartment of approx. 116,42 m2 is located on the top floor. It has a spacious covered terrace of approx.. 10 m2 with a beautiful view over Naarden Fort.
Hart van Naarden has been designed with aesthetics and sustainability in mind. In this way, the project fits perfectly within the historic cityscape due to the materialisation and variation in the facades. In all areas, maximum use is made of resources that contribute to energy efficiency and sustainability. A number of original elements remain; the entrance, which gives access to the apartments, remains decorated with the letters STADSKANTOOR in relief and the artwork by Eppo Doeve also retains its place.
The inner garden will be redesigned into a publicly accessible garden.
