With decades of experience in real estate, marketing, and finance, Carolyn utilizes her strong analytical skills to effectively value properties and strategically price them to maximize return when listing, while also ensuring her clients' financial goals are met when purchasing.
Beyond her business acumen, Carolyn has a creative eye honed from her background in staging and a passion for oil painting. This attention to detail and artistic edge is an asset in preparing properties to present exceptionally well in the marketplace, as well as helping buyer clients visualize the potential of a home.
Carolyn's roots in Rhode Island run deep, having spent summers growing up in Green Hill Beach, and she and her husband now own a home in Bristol. She is a graduate of Amherst College and holds an MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management.
With a longstanding affiliation with Sotheby's International Realty, Carolyn delivers white glove service and presents homes in a luxurious manner, regardless of the price point. She is active in the community, having served as the Vice President of Marketing for a public education foundation and PTO President.
