Local Expertise. Global Connections.
Juli Auckerman strives to provide the highest professional and personal value to her clients’ lives, whether they are first-time homeowners or seasoned investors looking for the right return on investment. Throughout the buying and selling process, Juli helps her clients set and achieve their real estate goals through open communication, comprehensive analysis, and keen negotiation skills.
The biggest testament to Juli’s skillset is in her referral-based business where her end goal isn’t transactional–it’s relational. Her commitment to service led Juli to align with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty. Working with Sotheby’s global brand allows Juli to support her clients’ needs in both Washington and California, as she is licensed in both states.
Juli brings almost 30 years of corporate business experience to her role as a broker. She began her professional career in the computer industry, holding positions in virtually every facet of the business, across software development, marketing, sales, and mergers and acquisitions. Most notably, she served as VP of Corporate Development for Quest Software during the company’s highest growth period.
Juli and her husband, Eric Auckerman, relocated to Washington after falling in love with the community on Bainbridge Island. Eric, now a local musician, is a frequent feature at Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty office on the First Friday Art Walk. They are members of the Tyee Yacht Club, where Juli is on the Board of Trustees, and volunteer for several local organizations.
Juli is a graduate of Bowling Green State University in Ohio, where she double majored in mathematics and computer science. Raised in Canton, Ohio, Juli has a brother, three nephews, and five great-nieces and great-nephews. Juli has been fortunate to have a broad and satisfying career, but she proudly says that the best job she has ever had is being Aunt Juli.
