From the first consultation through the close of your home, she leverages her strong project management skills to keep clients, contractors, and escrow individuals informed and aligned throughout the process.
Prior to her career as an accomplished broker, she spent 18 years working in corporate executive leadership in the functional areas of organizational development and project management within varying industries. She has successfully transitioned her unique talents into the real estate world. From luxury waterfront properties to sustainable tiny homes, she applies her deep experience, education, and remarkable work ethic to each of her interactions.
Gusti grew up in California for the first 10 years of her life until moving to Seattle where she attended high school and college. She graduated from the University of Washington where she learned the value of communication, cultural diversity, and global markets.
Joining an international brand with a worldwide network and reputation such as Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) is the perfect fit for Gusti and her values. As an advanced global traveler, appreciator of cultures and languages, and student of the world, Gusti is proud to align with a brand that allows her to serve clients around the world.
RSIR’s top-tier marketing includes print/digital ads and social media campaigns, so Gusti can strategically position properties for her clients to stand out from the rest.
In her free time, Gusti loves to try new restaurants to get her foodie fix, attend local farmers' markets with her dog Buddah, get out on the water, or dance Salsa. She is also Spanish-speaking (second language) and loves to travel, immerse herself in cultures and languages, and visit ancient archeological sites. She does it all by being open-minded, optimistic, and passionate about people.
