Ilse Cervantes is a true Vail Valley local and has she loved watching the Valley evolve over the years. She grew up in the Upper Homestead neighborhood in Edwards and has lived in Boulder and Fort Collins. With family in Texas and Mexico and her partner hailing from Boston, Ilse brings a unique perspective of various markets and lifestyles, allowing her to understand her client’s needs.

Spanish was Ilse’s first language, and she is proud to be bilingual which helps to serve the growing number of clients from Mexico and other locales. She has seen the changes to the local landscape, with more out-of-state and international players in the market. Prior to joining the LIV Sotheby’s International Realty team, Ilse led the dynamic sales team at Kemo Sabe Vail for 6 years. She pivoted to the real estate industry as the Office Marketing Coordinator at Slifer Smith & Frampton, then she launched her career at LIV Sotheby’s International Realty as part of Malia Cox Nobrega’s team from July 2020 - March 2023.

In 2022, Malia Cox Nobrega was ranked as the #14 agent in all of Colorado, the #2 individual agent in the Vail Valley (Eagle County), and the #1 Sotheby’s International Realty Agent in the Vail Valley based on sales volume.
