Mitzi Henson is a realtor and associate broker with over 22 years of full-time experience who performed in the top 12% of worldwide realtors. She is a lifelong Maryland resident who began her career in 1988 with a love for real estate that dates back to her middle school years when she researched local properties and contacted brokers from newspapers. After working in real estate and serving the community hospital as a respiratory therapist for over 18 years, she embraced her passion and became a full-time realtor in 2001. Mitzi received her Associate Broker license in 2007, obtained a Certified Distressed Property Expert designation, and became a Buyer’s Agency Representative. She founded and owns PERSPECTIVE Realty, LLC, and still manages a successful property management division.

She finds it rewarding to give back by becoming part counselor, part life coach, and part mentor to her clients. The combination of hard work, extensive local market knowledge, and her commitment to serving her clients with compassion, ethics, and tenacity has solidified her reputation as an agent who can be trusted to provide honest advantageous real estate guidance. When not finding clients their dream homes, Mitzi enjoys boating on the Bay and running the Eastern coastline with her husband and best friend, Charley, and spending quality time with her four adult children.
