Born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama, he earned a degree in finance and economics from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and developed an expert knowledge of lending while building a successful career in banking prior to transitioning to full-time real estate. With firsthand experience in house flipping and rental property development, as well as a thorough grasp of what’s involved in prepping a home for the market, Michael excels in positioning investors successfully from day one. In addition, his experience with 1031 exchanges, infill development, commercial multifamily development and residential real estate projects makes him a sought-after resource for putting together land deals for residential builders and developers.
Dually licensed in Alabama and Georgia, Michael provides an effortless flow of service between the two locations. Well-versed in all aspects of Georgia real estate, he works with all types of real estate needs throughout Atlanta, particularly the Roswell, Milton, Cumming, Alpharetta, Johns Creek and Lake Lanier markets. A seasoned negotiator and facilitator, Michael focuses on gaining a clear picture of his clients’ needs, positioning them for success and protecting their interests at each step in the process.
A devoted family man, Michael resides in Roswell with his wife, Audrey, and two sons, ages 12 and 9. (Both are very into soccer and Star Wars.) When he’s not working with clients, Michael enjoys mountain biking, pickleball, spending time at the racetrack with friends, fly fishing in the North Georgia streams and rivers and playing on the water at Lake Lanier.
