Julia Shepley

Julia Shepley spent 20 years maintaining a successful career as a paralegal/legal assistant with some of the most esteemed attorneys in South Florida. She dealt with many areas of law and gained valuable skills, especially in negotiating, building client relations and handling a high-volume office.

Finding themselves in a new season of life in 2014, Julia and her husband moved to Port Orange, where she directed her focus on raising her two children. Having long had a passion for real estate and through the encouragement of her husband, Julia earned her Florida REALTOR® license in 2019. Even though she works part-time while raising her children, Julia was impressively recognized as a million-dollar producer in 2021. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Florida REALTORS®, and the Daytona Beach Area Association of REALTORS®.

As a real estate professional, Julia prides herself on listening attentively and paying attention to details, and she's always willing to help other associates. Julia believes that buying a home is never just about the property; it's about a customer's safety, comfort, lifestyle, and securing the best deal. Outside of Volusia County, Julia has sold several homes in St. Johns County. In addition to serving customers in Spruce Creek and the surrounding beach towns, she has an extensive knowledge of numerous communities around St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra, as well as Flagler Beach.

Raised in West Virginia, Julia earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Fairmont State College. When she's not driving her children to and from their events, or taking long walks with the family's Saint Berdoodle, Towser, she enjoys boating, snorkeling, traveling, lazy beach days, and cheering on the underdog while watching college sports.
