A true native of the Outer Banks, Brad’s family has lived here for generations. After growing up

in Kitty Hawk, Brad decided to pursue a BA in Business at the University of North Carolina at

Wilmington. Shortly after graduating he moved back to his hometown and began his career in

Real Estate. Now with over 22 years of experience serving sellers and buyers on the Outer

Banks, Brad uses his local knowledge, experience and skills to serve every client.

He has a comprehensive knowledge base in residential and commercial real estate. The Outer

Banks is a unique area with many different types of properties that include investment

property, second homes, new construction, permanent residences, land development, short-

term rentals and long-term rentals to name a few. No matter the property or the price point,

Today, Brad resides in Kitty Hawk with his wife Rachel. Both of their children are currently

attending UNCW. When he isn’t selling real estate, he enjoys fishing, boating, days at the

beach, local cuisine and everything the Outer Banks has to offer.
