With a business and management degree from Skidmore College, Skylar Caligaris transitioned to a full time real estate career at a small brokerage in the Back Bay after 7 years in customer service and sales. Her father, the CEO of a real estate development company, exposed her to the business at an early age - inspiring her to create her own legacy in the real estate industry. Skylar has since been ready to elevate her career and recently joined The Gilardi Group at Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty to do just that.
Skylar’s success has been built on a foundation of loyalty and transparency. Her focus is to cultivate strong relationships with her clients and takes pride in keeping them educated throughout every transaction. Skylar’s strong negotiation skills, resourcefulness and years of experience ensure her clients always achieve the best possible results.
Having resided in numerous regions of the Greater Boston area throughout her entire life, Skylar has a deep understanding of many local communities. She is savvy with market trends and enjoys guiding her clients in this ever-changing industry. In her spare time Skylar enjoys spending time in Charleston, SC with family, training at the gym and trying new restaurants.
