Taylor Rubert

Taylor is an eager new industry member, and her perfect fit is in Real Estate. Taylor has left a thriving 8-year career in finance, has completed her MBA at the Ivey Business School, and now her drive has led her to take the jump into a career of passion with the Richardson Group. Having lived across Canada, to now living nearly 10 years in Calgary, Taylor is adaptable and has learned from a wide scope of banking (and even some military) experience, firstly at CIBC in corporate banking, to strategy, to most recently a leadership role as Director of Market Development at ATB. Taylor lived, worked, and bought in Toronto for over 4 years, and she is thrilled to call Calgary her home again.She is determined to leverage her fast-paced work experience into devout face-to-face advisory with her clients.

Taylor started her first company in 2020, Just Lotion, as she is always seeking new opportunities to learn and grow and be involved in her local community. Having lived in 8 cities and towns within over 3 countries, she is forever curious and no stranger to adversity and hard work. She truly thrives off of any opportunity to connect with others and learn.

Taylor first graduated from Ivey Business School with a Honours in Business Administration, where she also participated in an exchange in Rotterdam, Netherlands. Thereafter, she completed her MBA at Ivey in 2020, where she also completed the Pathfinder Leadership Associates training course with the Canadian Forces. Elected Section Representative in business school and on the Student Council, founder of the Sustainability and Social Impact Club, Graduate Student Innovation Scholars Best Pitch award winner, and Ivey Field Project Innovation and Disruption award winner, Taylor has an impressive combination of lived, scholastic and corporate experience that is bound to make you feel like you are always in good hands.
