Ian Bunch

Ian Bunch has been a licensed Realtor since 1995 in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. Having traveled the world and the United States as the son of a DuPont executive and through his own careers as a Naval Officer, Banking Vice President, and Technologist with CoSTAR Realty Information Group, Ian knows first-hand the challenges of relocating to a new home.

He is married to an Italian photographer and lives with his family in Siena, Italy where he uses his experience to help foreign buyers navigate the chaotic Italian Real Estate market, oversees renovation projects, and manages rental properties. In addition to real estate, Ian is part owner of Specialty Tours, offering wine, truffle hunting, fly fishing, and performance car museum tours.
