Amy Dunlap

Amy was born and raised on the Western Slope of Colorado. Amy has been around the world of real estate and construction her whole life. As early as middle school she helped with her family’s construction business and is now working alongside her husband, Casie, as he is a general contractor. She has developed a keen sense for real-estate having helped design homes with her husband for their construction business and their personal homes over the last 15 years. One of the current projects she is working on is subdividing and developing her current residence into multiple new homes. She is always pushing to expand and develop her knowledge in real estate bringing a wealth of firsthand experience to the table.

Amy succeeds in all she puts her hand to. She excelled as a high school volleyball coach, a preschool teacher, as a member of the worship team at her church and currently is preforming very well as a realtor having closed many transactions so far.

Amy married her high school sweetheart, and they just celebrated their 16-year anniversary in November of 2021. Amy and her family enjoy being active, especially with their 7-year-old son Liam who keeps them busy with hockey, wrestling, soccer, baseball and every other sport imaginable! Amy still enjoys competing in volleyball tournaments, softball, hiking, biking, church events and various other activities. It’s not very often you find her sitting still.

Amy’s true passion is helping people, and she does not know a stranger. She lights up any room she walks into with her smile, confidence, and charisma. She desires to help people fulfill their dreams.
