After attending the University of South Florida, Justin Koeniger moved to Atlanta and worked in luxury hotels before making the decision to transition to a career in real estate. Using his skills as a communicator and negotiator, he has built his business on a people-first approach, building long-term relationships that last beyond the transaction.

He believes that while a negotiator's most visible tool is the ability to communicate clearly, the foundation of trust is laid when he walks into a room simply as himself. An architecture enthusiast, he has always enjoyed the way things are built and enjoys Atlanta homes for the variety of styles and decor. Whether he's doing research online or walking through an old southern farmhouse in person, getting to study and admire homes is one of his favorite parts of the job. A resident of Canton, he loves the community and appreciates living in the quiet countryside in proximity to the city. When he's not working with clients, you can find Justin spending time with his spouse and family, exploring area restaurants, hiking or being active with his four dogs-a mutt, a boxer/American bulldog mix, a coonhound and a basenji.
