Patrick Connolly
Energetic and creative, Patrick is a born entrepreneur who relishes the challenge and variety inherent in real estate. After graduating from Washington and Lee University, he began his career in commercial real estate for Trimont Real Estate Advisors, working his way up from an analyst to an associate asset manager. While collaborating with local builders on everything from new construction to renovation projects, he learned the nuts and bolts of construction management, making sure projects were built correctly and on time. He began working in the residential space after obtaining a master’s degree in business with a real estate and advertising concentration from Emory University. He found he enjoyed providing homeowners with a sense of comfort through an often-intimidating process, advising individuals and couples about one of the largest investments they’ll ever make.
Not one to sit behind a desk or tolerate monotony, Patrick likes dealing with a physical product (the house itself), enjoys the nuances of structuring a deal and revels in the fact that in this business, every day is different. He considers himself fortunate in the breadth and width of his client base and takes pride in treating every client the same regardless of price point, location or where they are in the buying/selling process. When you work with him, he puts every bit of his business sense, knowledge, training and creativity to use in getting results you will be happy with for years to come.
Having grown up in Buckhead, Patrick is particularly familiar with the Buckhead, Morningside, Brookhaven and Sandy Springs markets, although he’s well-versed in all aspects of Georgia real estate and has served clients all over Atlanta. He is involved with the Northside Youth Organization, is a coach with Tophat Soccer Club, is a member of the NPU-C Board and is the Wildwood Neighborhood NPU-C Zoning Chair. When he’s not working, Patrick enjoys fishing, golf and the Atlanta Braves.
Andrew Link
As a geological engineering major at Ole Miss, Andrew was too energetic to be happy sitting behind a computer all day, and he knew he wasn't going to be happy with a typical 9-to-5 day job. Real estate had fascinated him ever since middle school, and a friend who happened to be in the real estate program at Ole Miss told him he should check it out. It fit Andrew perfectly, and he knew this was where he belonged.
He enjoyed studying all sides of appraisal and real estate development, from buying and selling to managing commercial and residential properties and land. However, his favorite thing about real estate is that at its heart, it's a people-centered business. He finds it incredibly satisfying to facilitate the buying and selling process, walking people through the nuances of the market, being there for them every step of the way and making an often intimidating and stressful experience comfortable and non-threatening. A natural problem-solver who enjoys research, Andrew is skilled at structuring offers that are attractive to both sides, and he likes working with all types of buyers and sellers.
Born and raised in Vinings near The Lovett School, he knows Atlanta well. Working mostly throughout Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Brookhaven, Smyrna and Vinings, Andrew is well versed in all aspects of Georgia real estate, and he goes where his clients take him. Together with Patrick Connolly, he has served Atlanta residents as an associate with The Connolly Group since the beginning of 2021.
When he's not working with clients, Andrew enjoys trout fishing on the Chattahoochee River, following the Braves during baseball season and spending time with his family on Lake Burton.
