Jen is a New York City native, born and raised in Queens, and has been living in Park Slope for the last 5 years.
She has her undergraduate degree in psychology from SUNY New Paltz and graduate degree in education from New York University. Her years of experience as both a counselor and educator have given her the skills necessary to work through what can be one of the biggest moments in a buyer or seller's life and make sure they are fully supported and educated on the next steps needed to be successful.
Additionally, Jen has worked for a decade in the college admissions world where her students have been accepted to some of the most exclusive schools in the country such as Stanford, Yale, Columbia, Cornell, and UPenn. Her experience helping students through what is understandably one of the most difficult, yet exciting life changes has given her a unique lens into the similar issues and concerns that a buyer or seller might have. Is this home the right fit for me? Am I making the right decision? These questions and more are ones Jen is very familiar with and able to help you navigate.
When discussing Brooklyn real estate, Jen admires the historic architecture, incredible craftsmanship, and charming communities. The city might never sleep, but Brooklyn offers the best of both worlds with one foot in constant activity and the other providing a relaxing respite from the excitement. No matter what it is you are looking for, Brooklyn has every type of community to meet your needs!
At her core, Jen is a woman of sincere values which are steeped in her counseling ethical mindset. She values confidentiality, transparency, and open and direct communication. Jen deeply cares for her clients and ultimately works hard to see them happy and that their needs are met at the end of the day.
In her spare time, Jen can be found at the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens where she holds an annual membership or planning her next trip as she hopes to one day have traveled to 50 countries (she?s25% of the way there!)
