Lynda brings a unique perspective to relocation in Westchester due to her own experience resettling her young family in Pelham in 2014. Pelham's close proximity to NYC, the excellent schools, and the cultural diversity of the area make it an excellent choice for those not quite ready to fully give up the city.
Born in Los Angeles, raised in Las Cruces, New Mexico, and having attended Loyola University Chicago, Lynda became used to moving early on. After a semester abroad in Rome, Italy, she graduated Cum Laude and moved to Tokyo to teach English. She met her husband in Japan, and then moved to his hometown, Melbourne, Australia. Lynda received her Masters of Public Administration from the University of Melbourne and spent the next five years drinking delicious Melbourne coffee and working as a writer and researcher for the Victorian Building Authority. After their two children were born, the family moved to Los Angeles for two sunny years. They finally settled in Pelham, where Lynda has worked from home as a copywriter since 2014.
Lynda's diligence as a researcher and skills as a writer serve her clients well. Her travels have made her a lover of culture, art, food, and meeting new people. Lynda is a deacon at her church in Mt. Kisco, and is an active member of the Pelham community. She participates in and has sat on the board of many organizations and clubs around town, is an active leader in her children's PTAs, and she loves her Book Club. Lynda is family-centered and enjoys keeping active by working out, hiking, and rock climbing with her family. She's happiest when she's having a coffee, reading, or walking her puppy, Mr. Bingley.
