Brad’s motto is “You can’t over-communicate!” and understands that engaging in real estate transactions ranks among the most significant financial and emotional choices an individual will face in life. Brad ensures to communicate and collaborate every step of the way via email, text, and phone calls. It’s extremely important to be present and answer client phone calls to alleviate stress and Brad is extremely prompt and readily available by phone or text to answer any questions or concerns.
Prior to his experience in real estate, Brad worked in the construction and aerospace industry as an IronWorker and Crane Operator, and spent time as a race car driver/team owner, and brand ambassador, to help companies market products and services. As an ironworker and crane operator Brad developed a strong work ethic, teamwork mentality and a vast knowledge of construction. As a racecar driver/team owner, and brand ambassador, Brad learned leadership skills and how to market brands. Brad finds value in empowering fellow ironworkers with financial literacy through teaching first-time homebuyer classes for the Local 86 ironworkers apprenticeship. Outside of work, Brad is a husband and a father of an energetic young son, which has helped him master his communication skills, negotiation skills and patience. As a family, they love to spend time outdoors together, skiing, hiking, rock climbing, camping, and exploring the beautiful PNW.
