Since moving to Atlanta in 2000, Betsy has pursued her career in real estate with passion and excellence, becoming a top-tier producer every year. Graduating with an honors degree in finance, her background is deeply rooted in the financial services industry, including banking, corporate accounting and Big Four consulting. Betsy's professional success in residential real estate is largely due to her financial acumen and extensive training in the art of negotiation.

In addition to her focus on buyer and seller representation in the residential home marketplace, Betsy can identify investment opportunities for her clients and has closed numerous income-producing properties, as well as out-of-state vacation homes. Betsy employs the latest marketing strategies and specializes in providing million-dollar marketing for homes in all price ranges. Betsy was named the 'Rookie of the Year' during her first year in real estate, and she has consistently been a leading producer ever since, both in her office and around the city of Atlanta. Most recently, Betsy was ranked #1 Individual Agent, Units Sold for Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty, Buckhead Office. Year after year, Betsy is recognized by the Atlanta REALTORS® Association as a Top 5% Agent in the city.

When not assisting clients in finding their perfect home or investment opportunity, Betsy loves spending time with her husband, Bill, and their two daughters, both of whom graduated from The University of Georgia and live in Atlanta. Her oldest, Mary Corder Harrell, joined The Betsy Meagher Team as a licensed REALTOR® in 2021.

Mary Corder has known since she was young that she wanted to pursue a career in real estate. It's in her blood. Growing up in Chastain Park and still to this day, she's had a front-row seat to this business, watching her mom, Betsy, go above and beyond for her many clients.

After graduating from the University of Georgia, Mary Corder moved to Nashville with Teach For America, an organization that recruits college leaders to teach for two years in low-income schools. From there, she got my start in sales at an education technology startup before eventually finding her way to medical device sales, where she trained and managed a team of salespeople.

Mary Corder has a strong track record in sales, exceeding goals quarter after quarter, and is excited to bring the same enthusiasm and drive to her real estate career. She is sincerely passionate about all things Atlanta — from the energy and diversity to the Falcons and the Atlanta BeltLine. Her husband, Josh, leads the digital audience strategy at Delta Air Lines. They live in Grant Park with their young son, who attends The Nest Nursery School. In their spare time, you can find them strolling in Summerhill or eating their way through Inman Park.
