Nathan Mathers

A native of Sarasota and life-long area resident, Nathan Mathers is an expert in the local real estate marketplace. Dedicated to his profession and knowledgeable in all areas of real estate, he is focused on creating the results that benefit his customers' goals and best interests.

Nathan began his real estate career in 2014 by knocking door to door on over 4,000 residential homes in the local area to introduce his services. Within a year, he had achieved the honor of being named rookie of the year due to his outstanding sales performance and continued to be recognized as a top producer. In both 2021 and 2022 he received the Five Star Real Estate Agent Award for his professional excellence and superior customer service. Nathan owned and operated his own brokerage for three years prior to moving his real estate services to the Longboat Key office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty.

By providing step-by-step guidance throughout the buying and selling process, Nathan ensures his customers always have a stress-free experience. As a professionally trained Real Estate Negotiation Expert, he will always obtain the best value for his buyers and top dollar for his sellers. Nathan's additional professional designations include Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and certified home staging expert. He is a member of the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee.

Previously, Nathan was a licensed insurance and financial services representative with New York Life. Focusing on investments, retirement, and estate planning, he worked with families from many different backgrounds and enjoyed helping them invest to meet their financial goals.

An All-American high school athlete, Nathan attended the University of Florida on a baseball scholarship. After playing at UF for two years, he moved on to play at Jacksonville University, where he graduated with a degree in sports marketing. He currently resides in Bradenton, where he enjoys his time outside of the office playing golf, exercising, spending time with his family, and cheering on his beloved Florida Gators sports teams.
