Alexandru started his career in the real estate industry in the early 2000s, serving as a Director in the Retail and Land divisions at companies such as Colliers International and Knight Frank. Throughout his career, he has worked with clients such as NEPI Rockcastle, PrimeKapital Strabag, Portland, Atenor, Skanska, and more. Additionally, he has been involved in expanding various retailers from diverse industries, including Vodafone, Telekom, BCR, BRD, ING, AlphaBank, MaxBet, Sensiblu, HelpNet, and others. Moreover, he has obtained some of the few exclusive mandates in the market for developing retail or banking networks for Millennium Bank, Mic.ro, and OTP Bank.
Following the financial crisis of 2008, starting in 2009, he developed the concept of lease renegotiation, exclusively working with the majority of retailers in the banking, telecommunications, and pharmaceutical sectors. This involved optimizing their portfolios by adjusting rents to real prices and facilitating relocations when necessary.
He has completed the Accelerated Mastery Programme Advanced Sales in Vancouver, the Leadership Track in Prague, and Neuro Linguistic Programming in London. He has received distinctions such as being listed among the 'Top 100 Young Managers.' Through the establishment of the 'Commercial' department, his focus is on identifying real estate market opportunities to create optimal conditions for the development of our clients. This is achieved through accurate analysis and a client-centric approach tailored to the specific needs of each client.
