Lindsay’s work as a broker spans throughout many Chicago neighborhoods and suburbs. She has represented clients in a wide range of purchase and sale transactions from condos to single-family homes. Lindsay’s attention to detail allows her to form a strategic plan catered specifically to each client based on individual wants, needs, and targeted market research. Her proficiency with design allows her to stage, photograph, and market properties as standouts among competing listings, resulting in minimal market time and optimal prices.

In addition, Lindsay has represented developer clients on both large and small scale projects. She is experienced in the nuances of new construction and the development process, allowing her to advise clients from pre-construction through to completion of a project.

Lindsay graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a Bachelor of Science degree. She then attended DePaul University College of Law where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. During her time at DePaul, Lindsay developed skillsin the areas of negotiation, mediation, contracts, and real property law. She is licensed to practice law in Illinois.
