Rikki Conley’spassion for residential architecture inspiredherto earna Master of Architecture degree from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture. She began her career at the world-renowned architectural firm of Skidmore Owings and Merrill (SOM) before joining Perkins Eastman Architects in New Yorkwhich concentrates on high-end residential properties.Rikki designed, built, and consulted on new construction homes and renovations for years before adding real estate sales to her portfolio.
Over the past decade, as a real estate agent, Rikkihas leveraged her architectural background to help clients sell properties or to find the perfect home for a buyer. Two of the greatest challenges for clients buying or selling a home are “vision” and “staging.” As a residential architect, Rikki assists buyers to “see” the possibilities and guides sellers on how to “display” their property.
Rikkiresides in South Kingstown andjoins Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. Sheis a member of both RI and MA real estate boards. She has served on the Board of Trustees at the Noble and Greenough School in Dedham, MA as well as various Diabetes organizations including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), Joslin Diabetes Center, and the Clara Barton Center for children with Type 1 Diabetes. Rikki donates a portion of her proceeds to Diabetes Research. Rikki spentfifteenyears growing up in the Middle East and North Africa before matriculating at Trinity College in Hartford. She speaks French, German,some Italianwith a smattering of Arabic.
