Caroline Kalpinski

A second-generation REALTOR®, Caroline Kalpinski was raised in Anniston, Alabama, as the daughter of a prominent real estate associate. From the time she was a small girl assisting her father in putting up signs and setting up open houses, Caroline knew that she was destined to help people find their dream homes. For more than 17 years, she has been making the buying and selling of real estate as cost-effective for her clients while maintaining the highest level of service.

Having started her career in Big Sky, Montana, Caroline moved to Western North Carolina in 2012. With over $80 million in sales between 2015 and 2021, Caroline is dedicated to making sure her clients are always taken care of. She takes great pride in providing people with accurate and up-to-date information on the Asheville market, skilled analyses, and sound real estate advice. Even more so, she loves building long-lasting relationships with her clients. She has been honored four times with the AVL Top 100 Leadership Award for her expertise in the Asheville real estate community.

Caroline is a member of the Land of the Sky Association of REALTORS®. She is an alumna of the University of Alabama, where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in public relations with a minor in political science. Caroline currently calls Hendersonville home, where she loves nothing more than to spend time with her family and friends, especially exploring the majestic Blue Ridge Mountains. When she's not working with real estate clients, Caroline enjoys traveling to different areas of the world and cheering on her beloved U of A Crimson Tide football. Roll Tide!
