Jason Flodder

Jason Flodder currently resides in the bustling area of Mount Vernon Square. Recently relocated from the Midwest, he brings along with him over a decade of Real Estate experience ranging from buying, selling, renovating, multi-family, investments, and commercial.

Prior to relocating to DC, Jason worked from the ground up building his real estate career using knowledge given to him from his family. Coming from a family of skilled trades, he utilized his family to learn the process of renovating which is where it all started. After a few years he started buying and selling for others as well as himself. Later he worked developing commercial properties for several cross fit gyms, a Hamburger Mary’s chain, and several large downtown buildings within eyeshot of the St. Louis Arch.

Before beginning in real estate, Jason moved to St Louis, MO after high school where he lived for 11 years starting his career as a professional dancer in a modern repertoire company named MADCO. There he served as a principal male dancer for 9 seasons while traveling the country educating and hosting auditions for cruise ships and theme parks. After moving out of performing he later moved on to arts non-profits and sat on the board of the dance company to further the St Louis arts community.

Jason graduated with a B.S. degree from Ball State University in dance pedagogy and the study of movement. His original path was to swim for the university as he ended up an all-state champion and record holder during his young adulthood. Since originally hailing from Southeast Indiana, he frequently returns to visit with family and friends as much as possible. You’ll often see him walking the neighborhood and local dog parks with his three dogs (French bulldog Eddie, Bichon Frise Charlie, and Shitzu Poodle Mason).
