Isabel Callaway came from Chile in 1992. Here she married and raised her two children. Having lived in Ventura County much of her life, she is well accustomed to the beautiful beaches, the lifestyle, the mountains, and the many great opportunities this exceptional community has to offer. Always meticulous, Isabel worked in the medical device industry for a number of years, specializing in research, administration, and project management. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Business Management in 2005 and later entered the real estate industry in 2014. Isabel gained vast experience helping clients in English and Spanish to sell or purchase their dream piece of land, single-family home, luxurious townhouse, or waterfront property, while adjusting to each client’s particular needs, in addition to her degree, her bilingual skills and her certifications in pricing strategy, short sales, and foreclosures. Isabel is a fantastic communicator and she prides herself in providing her clients with as much information as possible, to help them make informed decisions. A notorious over-preparer, she is adept at keeping up with the fast-paced needs of her clients, especially now when knowledge and integrity are the key components to succeed in the current global trends, all while letting her down-to-earth personality shine. When Isabel is not showing properties or doing research for her clients, she can be found beautifying the lives of those around her. She is a board member and vice-president of the Ventura Botanical Gardens where she has volunteered since 2015. Isabel is also a member of the Latinas Unidas Group which serves an under-funded school in the area. In her spare time, she enjoys reading historical novels, kayaking, tending to her orchids collection, listening to classical music, walking her two bad dogs, or sitting by the backyard fire to enjoy good wine with her friends and family.
