Wendy Pallotta Heald is a REALTOR® with Four Seasons Sotheby's in Rutland and Killington, Vermont, as well as a member of the Green Mountain Board of Realtors and Vermont Association of Realtors.

Wendy has been fortunate to call the Rutland-Killington region home for almost 30-years. She moved to Central Vermont after completing her graduate degree to take a corporate planning position in the energy industry. What was intended be a short stay in the area turned into a successful 20-year career in corporate marketing, research, and business development. Following that, Wendy teamed up with her husband to assist with his east coast sales agency, which represents an array of premier international brands in the ski and outdoor sporting goods industries.

Wendy's life-long passion for real estate not only eventually led her into the profession, but also served as the catalyst for owning, renovating, and selling several unique properties in the mountains of Vermont and on Lake George in the Adirondacks of New York. Wendy and her skiing family live on 28 acres in Mendon, less than five minutes from the ski lifts of Pico and Killington.
