Cindy Leinonen

Cindy is from E. Brookfield, Massachusetts where she has been the proud owner and manager of Houseworks Realty LLC for the past 20+ years. Cindy has two Associates degrees, one in business management and the other in office management both from QCC College. This work experience and education, have provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing the team’s listings. In 2021, Cindy became licensed in VT which was a natural progression due to the amount of time spent in VT chasing snow. Cindy and her husband Cliff purchased a home in Wilmington during Covid that they’re currently fixing up. Cindy is excited to become a part of the community and is ready to use her 20+ years of experience to help with your home buying and selling needs in Southern Vermont. Cindy’s clients often describe her as detail-oriented, proactive, and knowledgeable. In her free time, Cindy is an avid reader and snowboarder. She enjoys spending time at the beach, on the boat, gardening, hiking, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, traveling, and spending time in Wilmington with her friends and family as well as her yellow lab.
