My background and skills make me a rare fit with Aspen’s real estate market. Real estate is a very angular business. Market knowledge, acquisition pricing, competitive positioning, both financial and lifestyle returns and the ability to negotiate and advocate for buyers and sellers matter a great deal.

I have been fortunate to have had 25 years of personal and professional experiences in Aspen and specifically with Aspen real estate. Having owned and managed the Aspen Club for the last 25 years, having raised my three children here, and being deeply involved in the Aspen community, I have an intimate understanding of why people love living and playing in Aspen. I spent many years at Goldman Sachs as a real estate banker, which provided me with a deep understanding and sophistication in valuation and analysis of real estate investments. I understand the importance of being savvy and of client discretion while working with high-net-worth individuals. My Stanford engineering background provides me with a foundation that has allowed me to have spent a career solving complex problems. I have extensive experience acquiring assets, leading teams, developing strategy, and executing transactions.
