A North Carolina transplant by way of Colorado, Minouche Holcomb can't imagine living anywhere else. She has been an award-winning real estate professional in the Asheville area since 2015 and is thrilled to partner with Premier Sotheby's International Realty as a broker associate and help clients find their own piece of paradise in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Prior to her career in real estate, Minouche spent five years working for the local beer industry, including in the marketing department of Highland Brewing Company. Finding that her heart was no longer in beer sales, she found her calling as a property manager for one of Asheville's income-restricted housing buildings, and eventually obtained her REALTOR® license.
Minouche delivers excellence, professionalism and luxury to her clients at every price point, from lower-dollar properties to high-end estates. She considers herself a “blue collar” REALTOR® who is incredibly hands-on in sharing her knowledge of renovation, construction, repair and problem-solving. Minouche proudly says that she has rarely placed a house under contract where she didn't first at least lay eyes on the crawlspace herself.
Known for her no-pressure reputation of gentle guidance and professional advice, Minouche prides herself on making transactions as easy as possible for her clients. She loves working with people who reside and work in western North Carolina, not just second-property homeowners and investors who see the area as a vacation spot, and has an exceptional knack for making first-time buyers feel comfortable and trust that she has their best interests at heart.
Outside of the office, Minouche loves camping, kayaking and canoeing with her two sons, or piling the family into her Jeep to check out swimming holes and out-of-the-way fishing spots. She has personally worked on several home renovations, and loves upcycling old furniture into something else, like an old roll-top desk she recently converted into a bathroom vanity. Minouche is also actively involved in the Haywood Street Congregation, a local church that supports the local homeless and low-income population, as well as those struggling with addiction and mental illness.
