Herb Hirsch

Herb Hirsch is an industry veteran and leads The Wentworth Team at Sotheby’s International Realty - East Side Manhattan Brokerage. Herb will lead the team’s commercial property services business by focusing on investment sales and leasing for multifamily, hotel, office and retail properties throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx as well as in Europe and Asia. Herb was previously Head of the Commercial Division of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices – New York Properties in Manhattan, and senior partner at Wentworth Equity Partners before that. Herb has also been a partner at Stone Land Capital and EVP of investment sales and leasing at CS Commercial Group. Early in Herb’s career, he founded Everest Broadband Networks, which updated the wiring and connectivity of New York City skyscrapers, leading to many long-standing relationships with New York City landlords and owners.

The Wentworth Team is currently working with investment and development properties around the world valued at over $1 billion.
