Tim Wright, a sales associate with the Asheville office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty, has 30 years of experience in building and marketing high-end homes. A native of Asheville currently residing in Biltmore Lake, Tim has been a licensed REALTOR® for more than a decade, sharing his knowledge of and love for the Blue Ridge Mountains and all of its beauty with his clients.   While working as a luxury builder in the construction industry, Tim honed his ability to manage many personalities and mindsets, enabling him to successfully negotiate deals between buyers and owners as a real estate professional. He has a vast understanding of the process, time frame and budget required in building and renovating a home. Tim's reputation for impeccable service offered with the utmost integrity, combined with his background in design and experience in current trends makes him a valuable asset to his clients.

Outside of the office, Tim enjoys all that the great outdoors has to offer, like fly fishing in some of the best locations in the region, hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, gardening and sporting clays. He has two Labrador retrievers, Maggie and Gunny.
