Kimberly Kepnes

Kimberly Kepnes brings over 20 years of exceptional real estate service, unique, historic home and commercial real estate representation to Monument Sotheby's International Realty. Kimberly’s career has been focused on exceptional properties and exclusive homes and she says there is no better match for her lifelong love of these properties and her business than with Monument Sotheby's International Realty. Kimberly is originally from Akron, Ohio and currently resides in the Historic District of Ellicott City with her husband and fellow Monument Sotheby's International Realty agent, Nathan Sowers, in an historic cottage circa 1865. Kimberly, also a local entrepreneur, has owned and operated several local businesses along Old Ellicott City’s business district, and is now working with her husband to restore an iconic local property known as Mt. Ida, into a commercial Bed & Breakfast Inn and Event Venue. We’re excited to see what she does next!
