Debra Greco brings a strong entrepreneurial inclination and creative design skills developed over 30 years in the fashion industry to her work as a licensed real estate broker. For 25 years, Debra split her time between New York City and the North Fork, raising her children and excelling in multiple careers. A graduate of Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Design and Merchandising, Debra’s education and years of marketing, client relations, brand identity, and design in the development of two ongoing luxury fashion brands has led to a successful and lucrative real estate career.

Prior to joining Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, Debra achieved a list of impressive accomplishments which includes collaborating with renowned architects overseeing $150 million in new development and residential condominium sales in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Over the years, she formed strategic partnerships offering valuable market guidance for her clients, leading to a network built on referrals and repeat clients.

Debra loves people, and making them happy is one of the most rewarding parts of her job. She understands what it takes to fulfill their needs and goes out of her way to be sure they are fully aware of the real estate process. Debra lives on Long Island’s Sound in a custom home she helped design and build. She is the proud mother of two sons and loves fashion, photography, and traveling. When she’s not a real estate agent, she is an artist, a friend, and a mother. For relaxation, she makes sure to indulge in plenty of pilates sessions and long walks on the beach. An avid gardener, she also loves to cook and entertain family and friends.
