Elise Baumann

Approachable and energetic, Elise Baumann is a seasoned agent who began her career in 2008, when many people were running as fast as possible away from the business. She looks back on that time as a blessing in disguise because it allowed her a window of opportunity to gain experience in challenging markets. The most important thing she learned from her early years in real estate is the necessity of staying abreast of weekly fluctuations and paying attention to shifts and nuances particular to each area, which is why working with an area expert with a full-time practice translates to a better deal for both buyers and sellers.

Born and raised in Buckhead’s Historic Garden Hills, Elise attended Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School from kindergarten through the 12th grade. After earning a degree in business marketing from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder, Elise worked for an established real estate agency in Denver before returning to her Atlanta roots to raise her family. Together with her mother, Janey Lowe, and husband, Kyle, she started the Lowe Baumann Group and quickly established herself as a gifted marketer and a premier negotiator.

Known as a highly responsive agent with an exceptional ability to listen, Elise is skilled at creating a client-centered experience, honing in on what buyers and sellers really want and need because she believes that how clients live and work in a home matters. She truly loves people’s stories and enjoys the matchmaking process of bringing the right home and buyer together. Sincere and direct, she runs a highly respected and respectful team that places a premium on confidentiality, communication and integrity.

As an Atlanta native, Elise enjoys the way the city has grown into a vibrant, cosmopolitan city with a community feel, and she loves introducing new residents to the area. Equally comfortable discussing home features or pediatrician referrals, Elise is passionate about helping someone relocate to the area and helping them feel at home in her city. Active in her community, she is involved with Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and is a member of Women Shaping Shepherd. When she’s not working with clients, she can be found supporting her three sons’ sports activities and being active with her family—traveling, skiing or fly-fishing—or finding relaxation in cooking.
