Kristie Jorgensen

A New Englander by birth, Kristie was born in Boston, MA but moved to a little farm in central Maine as a young girl until she decided to complete her college education at Northeastern University in Boston. After working and studying in Boston for five years, Kristie decided to move to Cape Elizabeth, ME until she met her husband and raised her family in Portsmouth, NH. Following her love and passion for the coast of Maine, Kristie and her family finally settled in Cundy’s Harbor in Harpswell, ME. Licensed in ME and NH, Kristie continues to work in Midcoast ME while commuting to her 2nd home in Portsmouth to serve her clients in the Greater Seacoast of NH.

Licensed in 2009, Kristie successfully transitioned her career from medical and pharmaceutical sales into the real estate business. Kristie’s flexibility working various disciplines in real estate include commercial sales such as investment/multifamily, retail sales, leasing, and foreclosure sales, but her true calling has always been finding the perfect residential home for her clients. Client satisfaction from a positive real estate transaction is Kristie’s primary objective as a real estate agent. Her extensive and successful career in real estate, ability to negotiate a sale, and continuous study of market trends allows her to accelerate the selling and/or buying process for her clients.

Kristie shares that it all comes down to a genuine understanding of each individual clients needs which is her number one priority. She has successfully closed multiple transactions with repeat clients. This demonstrates the strong professional relationships that Kristie has developed – built on trust, integrity, and commitment to her clients.

When not with clients, Kristie enjoys boating and kayaking the harbor with her family along with ski trips together out west and traveling abroad. As a Certified Master Gardener, Kristie loves teaching and volunteering her time at the UNH Cooperative Extension Service Call Center in Goffstown, NH and Strawberry Banke Museum in Portsmouth.

Kristie is a licensed Associate Broker in Maine, a member of the York County Council of the Maine Association of Realtors®, the Seacoast Board of NH, and the National Association of Realtors®.
