Jeffrey holds a B.A. in urban planning from Hunter College in New York City, where he cultivated his love of historic architecture and considerable architectural knowledge with the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission. Following his tenure with Landmarks, Jeffrey earned his J.D. at Georgia State University College of Law in Atlanta, with a concentration in Land Use and Environmental Law and Property Law, including residential and commercial real estate transactions.
A resident of Macon's historic Shirley Hills, Jeffrey is active with the Historic Macon Foundation and the Shirley Hills Neighborhood Association and serves on the Board of Directors for the Hay House, 'Macon's Palace of the South.' Jeffrey is also a member of the Madison-Morgan Conservancy, the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation and Christ Church in Macon, where he leads the Welcoming and Nurturing Committee.
Over his real estate career, Jeffrey has brokered transactions from sunny Florida to the mountains of western North Carolina. Wherever the location, Jeffrey always leverages his considerable knowledge of local real estate markets, strong community ties and well-honed negotiation skills to deliver a level of service, professionalism and results in excess of his clients' expectations. In his spare time, Jeffrey enjoys travel especially road trips - and photography, spending time with his dogs and collecting vintage automobiles.
