Born in California and raised in Russia until age 11, Elena returned to California and has lived in Santa Barbara, Los Angeles and now Ventura. Family has always been a strong priority, and she understands the importance of enjoying time with her two small children and husband, with whom she works. She feels particularly fortunate to live in Ventura and loves to take advantage of hiking in the area and enjoying the beach.
