After being a corporate meeting manager for 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Randi decided to expand her interest to real estate. For the past 13 years, she has jumped headfirst into all aspects of real estate. Randi served as a substitute trustee for foreclosures and she is proficient in all aspects of 1031 exchanges. She felt real estate would prove to be as interesting as managing corporate meetings given every transaction would hold its own set of opportunities and challenges. Randi has been buying and selling rental properties while learning techniques of creative financing and utilizing various resources. 'The most exciting aspect of real estate for me is that each transaction is unique and there are several ways to achieve a goal.”
Randi's corporate background has given her the expertise to handle every detail for her clients and allow them to enjoy the process. After having sold several investment properties, she realized how much she enjoyed residential and multifamily sales. 'I love working with people and home has always been such an important part of my life. Most of our special memories are created in our homes. I get a sense of fulfillment when I am able to help buyers find their home or investment.” Her mission is to exceed expectations. 'All of my clients get the exact same service regardless of price point.”
She grew up in Louisville, Kentucky and graduated from the University of Kentucky in Lexington with a Bachelor of Science in cultural anthropology. She enjoys the many outdoor activities this area has to offer including biking, hiking, trail running and water sports.
