Jane is truly rooted in real estate. Her father was a real estate broker and cattle rancher and her mother ran the county title office. Her Norwegian and German ancestors came to the US to homestead and forge a new life. Growing up on 15 acres of open prairie Jane rode a horse 3 miles to attend the one-room schoolhouse her great grandfather helped build.
Coming as I do from a family that valued land and homeownership I understand the human urge to own property and build a life in a welcoming community. And having moved from out West to Chicago to northern Vermont and for the past 7 years, this beautiful Upper Valley, I know about finding and leaving a home.
I understand the process of looking at and weighing the features of a property and deciding what the best fit would be. I understand there are emotional, as well as logical decisions to be made and I know a home not only must meet practical needs, it must also feel right.
I have worked with many families moving or downsizing or settling an estate when a beloved home must be sold. This too is an emotional and challenging time and I am here to listen to your needs and to help make these life changes as simple and easy as possible.
You are or will be my neighbor and it would be my privilege and pleasure to meet with you and help you with your real estate needs.
