Kathy Zilkha

Kathy has lived in Manchester for over a decade. But this isn’t the first time she’s lived in the area. She also grew up in Manchester where she spent her childhood on the nearby slopes and local hiking trails.

After graduating from the University of Vermont, Kathy left for Manhattan, where she spent 14 years, part of that time working as a buyer for Barney’s New York, before deciding to return to her childhood home. But she wasn’t alone this time. She brought back with her a husband, Patrick, from Old Brookville, Long Island and their 3 children - Ava, Annette and George – so they could be raised in the magic that is Vermont. It's been twelve years since she came back, and Kathy and her family are happier than ever in the Green Mountain State. Never at a loss for things to do, the family takes full advantage of the year-round outdoor activities in Manchester including hiking, skiing, skating, playing soccer, attending local sports games throughout town and basically taking advantage of all the region has to offer for outdoor enthusiasts.

With Kathy's kids having attended different local schools (both public and independent), and her husband Patrick teaching at BBA at her alma mater, she has first-hand knowledge on the multitude of academic offerings in the area. While the oldest daughter is now attending Boston College, her youngest two are at BBA.

Kathy, who was raised by a mother who is also a real estate agent in the community, has a deep, street-level understanding of each and every home on the market, which serves her extremely well when matching her clients to their dream homes, whether they are holiday retreats or primary residences.She also has vast experience listing homes in the region and advising sellers how to best have their home appeal to more buyers.

A Vermonter at heart with a New York flare, Kathy is eager to find you a place of your own.
