Amy Kramer

Amy is a lifelong Avalon summer resident with a passion for helping families create memories by owning their own place at the shore. She savors her own childhood memories of working summer jobs alongside her six siblings, her favorite being the old Whitebrier which stood at 20th and the beach. Amy became a designer, graduating with a BS from Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science. She eventually used that knowledge to redesign and redecorate the home she shares with her husband and three kids. In addition to her design background, she spent ten years as a legal assistant in Philadelphia, many times working on real estate transactions. Both worlds combined are a perfect mix to help her clients realize their seashore dreams.
