As resident of the Lower Cape for close to 30 years, she understands the needs of both the seasonal and year-round residents. Her expertise has been acquired from 20 years of owning and operating a local plumbing business. She brings with her a unique perspective on home ownership from a construction standpoint and its importance as an investment. Real estate has always been a passion of Dawn’s. She has a keen sense of potential in properties and can translate that into reality for her clients.

When she is not working, Dawn enjoys tending to her dahlia garden, cooking for friends and family, and enjoying the outdoors year-round.
