Gary Seifried has devoted his entire business career in the real estate industry to being a broker. Beginning in Ormond Beach, Florida, Gary became a top agent in the field of oceanfront and waterfront sales. Seeking a better quality of life, he relocated, along with his family, 20 years ago to Asheville, North Carolina. Initially unfamiliar with this area's vast mountain terrain, Gary decided to enter the field as a North Carolina real estate appraiser. Residents of Asheville, Gary and his wife live on several acres neighboring the Blue Ridge Parkway. They have two grown children, a son who is an actuary living in Bermuda, and a daughter, an artist in Tennessee. His personal experiences include abseiling into “middle earth” New Zealand, delivering mail by plane to the Australian Outback cattle stations, exploring the mountains driving his Porsche roadster and taking hundreds of hikes along the Mountains-to-Sea Trail with his beloved dog Lucas, who was adopted while Gary was on a holiday in Costa Rica.
