Betsy Kingston Myers

I’m glad to be back in my home town of Savannah, where I was born and raised! I grew up on the Isle of Hope. I've always thought that Savannah is the perfect mix of "town and country," but LOW country - come for the water, stay for the charm of historic downtown.

Before beginning my real estate career, I worked as a special projects coordinator for a production and entertainment company. My main role was to oversee the digital marketing strategy, social media marketing, blogging, branding, and promotions. That background has helped me in serving my real estate clients and making sure that their properties are marketed with creativity and sound strategy. I also enjoy writing and producing music! Music has given an outlet to tour the nation with my band. I was also a production intern for The Colbert Report.

Whether buying or selling, investing or looking for the perfect home, helping clients work through the process is my passion.

Q. Name some things you just can't live without!

A. My enormous hydroflask, my journal, spotify, my piano, and, unfortunately, my iphone! (and of course my husband, Trey, my two sons, Owen, and Rivers, and our dog)!

Q. Describe your perfect day in the Savannah area

A. I'd wake up go walking on the Isle of Hope and go out on the boat with my family, then I'd return and go swimming off the dock! Next, we'd "clean off" in the Isle of Hope pool! We'd head out to eat at one of Savannah's finest, then finish with drinks on Peregrin's rooftop. Or, when it's cold, begin the morning with duck hunting just over the bridge in SC, return to Savannah for an oyster roast, and then go out and end somewhere cozy like 1790 or Circa or stay in and burn old Christmas trees in the backyard. Of course, there's always the idea of spending all day and night on Tybee!

Q. What's your favorite season in the Savannah area?

A. Early summer! Not too hot, but warm enough to do EVERYTHING outside and on the water.
