Jennifer Waddy

Jennifer is an Atlanta native. With her affection for the city and all it has to offer, she brings over 14 years of experience to residential home sales. She has developed a client-centered philosophy and attention to detail that enhances every transaction and guides her clients seamlessly through the sales process. Jennifer accomplishes this by communicating each part of the transaction. Jennifer is a Member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association and the Atlanta REALTORS® Top Producers. Since she has lived in the Atlanta area her entire life, she likes to share her love for the city and all the unique neighborhoods. Whether it is Buckhead luxury estate, a Midtown highrise or a home in one of the small communities throughout Atlanta, she has in-depth knowledge of many neighborhoods and what each one can offer. She primarily works in Druid Hills, Morningside, Virginia Highland, Inman Park, Midtown, Buckhead, Haynes Manor, Decatur, Sandy Springs and Dunwoody.

Jennifer is an active member of the Druid Hills Golf Club, where she sits on the membership committee. She is an avid tennis player, involved in neighborhood book clubs and is a part of a garden club. She is enjoys being involved in charity events and has worked on events such as Press On for CURE, JDRF, the Atlanta Speech School and also chaired Morningside Elementary School's biggest fundraiser for three consecutive years.
