As a founding partner of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty with more than 20 years of experience and over $175 million in sales, Tom Hicks has established himself as a successful real estate professional devoted to providing excellent, high-quality service to his clients. An Atlanta native, Tom brings broad market knowledge, results-driven creative marketing and unmatched dedication to his clients. As the team leader of Hicks Partners, Tom acknowledges his clients' trust in him. A former helicopter pilot and officer for the United States Army and Georgia National Guard, Tom has distinguished himself with his determination and tenacity to get the job done as efficiently and timely as possible. Growing up in Buckhead, Tom always wanted to help his community. His entrepreneurial spirit later propelled him to earn a degree in real estate from Georgia State University and set out to make his mark on the Atlanta market.
For over 10 years, Tom acted as the principal real estate consultant and broker in his own boutique real estate firm, Ivy Realty Group, where he also managed and mentored 15 agents in the Buckhead area. In 2008, Tom became one of the founding partners of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty. The company has grown from around 25 agents to over 550 agents across four offices today. At Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty, Hicks Partners focuses on providing unparalleled high-quality service and access for their clients buying and selling premium residential real estate in Georgia.
Tom and his wife, Lori, reside in the Brookhaven area. The couple has a son, Thomas, who works in the commercial construction industry in Atlanta. Their daughter, Mary Miley, is a licensed REALTOR® and an integral member of Hicks Partners. In his free time, Tom enjoys spending time with his family, sponsoring community events, being a lector at the Cathedral of Christ the King and singing. Among his various awards received, Tom is a Crystal Phoenix Award Recipient for 20 years of membership as an Atlanta REALTORS® Association Top Producer.
